Happy Birthday Waz!

Met him at Zanzibar about 5.15 or so, had a wine or two then off to see Pride at a preview - it was WONDERFUL!! - then a birthday dinner at Happy Chef before a lovely walk home.

What a flattering pic of me - double chin, look of terminal surprise; at least the birthday boy looked good!

The prize pack I won via the Reaching For the Moon screening arrived! Yay I won!!!

And then drinks that night in Surry Hills with Steve's London-based Irish friend Brian and later on Fahmi. Fabulous fun night!

Watched My Sweet Pepper Land with Bridget and had a fabulously drink and wonderful long conversation at rooftop bar at Zanzibar Hotel ...

Then dinner at Steve's ... YUM!!

Another cold rainy day with pouring rain in the morning (great brekkie though!) but thankfully fine in the afternoon so I could catch up with my wonderful friend Tricia in the City.

Catch up drinks at the Commodore Hotel in McMahons Point with my lovely friends from Optus days - Sandra T and Michele H.

We had wine, wedges and I had a moderately healthy Szechuan Crumbed Squid Salad and we had a wonderful talking about the latest news ...

And home by 8!
