Holding the Reins of the Runaway Extrovert 2013: Day 286 - Movies and Christmas and Waz

While Steve went to ACO with Essie (Alan pulled out at the last minute), I headed into the City to see About Time with Waz and do some shopping (well strictly speaking Waz did the shopping while I just bought a few Christmas decos for nieces and nephew) ...

Owls in are for Christmas again? Really?

Holding the Reins of the Runaway Extrovert 2013: Day 265 - Shopping in the City

Off to the city to buy Steve some new black leather shoes (mission successful at David Jones!), also managing to check out David Jones and Myer's Christmas displays, a funky red Smeg fridge at DJs and lunch at the Myer Foodcourt.

An exhausting day but lots and lots of fun.

Found candidates for Waz's ornament present this year!

Yay colourful snails ... the yellow one in the City ... and the pink one in Sydney Park that we walked to straight from the train ...

Finished shopping with cupcakes - YUM!!!

And here's Zara ...

Holding the Reins of the Runaway Extrovert 2013: Day 80 -

Easter egg shopping at MYER.

With lots of time away (my brother's wedding and then week away in Dungog), going shopping for Steve's Easter goodies wasn't going to happen in the week leading up to Easter and so tonight was the night.

Had a ball - went yellow this year!

And "Happy Birthday!" to my lovely brother! Love ya Beves.

Swimming Pretty in the Glass-Half-Full 2012: Day 54 -

With my day long PR course day done and dusted - one run by the place where I work and really good: gave me a great grounding in writing press releases, media strategies etc - I shopped.

Not a lot. But it was fun!

I bought books at Kinokuniya.

Then bought some chirashi chicken, inari pack and ginger, which I ate when I got home while watching the second episode of Eureka season 3, "Have an Ice Day", which was suitably quirky and funny.

Then off to MYER where I bought a funky pink/purple/bright light blue and white shirt (first one in a long time!) and a gorgeous, yes freaking gorgeous Delonghi retro red toaster. It looks amazing!

Then  I slept for I was greatly tired...
