But lots of suitcases, bags and boxes, and it's a fair bet I upended most of them this morning in my search for Winter-proor exercising gear! Of course, the sensible thing to do, when I decided to resume my 5 a.m. walks this morning, would have been to get all the gear out the night before, at a reasonable hour.

Yes that would have eminenntly sensible but instead I got up at 4.30 a.m., pulled all the bags out - yes, I am a morning person just in case you were wondering but surely anyone hauling out luggage at that time of the day would have to be right?! - and by a miracle, found the gear I needed and made it up to King Street by 5 a.m. to meet my friend Fahmi.

I usually feel quite wide awake after walking and I do feel invogorated somewhat, but at this point (mid morning) I am struggling a little bit. Hopefully once the walking becomes a pattern again, the bright-eyed and bushy-tailed effect will kick in...
