365 Pink Feather Boas All in a Row - Day 126 : Let There Be Light

I have been starting very early at work all week - 7.30 a.m. which is a challenge when you live an hour away from work - and my get-out-of-bed time has been 5.30 a.m., not that long before dawn. While I have often got up early in the day before, usually for my walking sessions at 5 a.m., that's usually been all done in the dark so by the time I emerge from showers etc, the sun has risen high in the sky and dawn is long gone.

But the timing right now is such that I see the think blue licks of ligth wafting up over the city skyline and the buildings of my complex, and while I would be tucked up snug in bed, there is something lovely about watching the sun creep up and out and fill the world with light.

Hey I may as well grab my silver linings when and where I can find them.....
