Holding the Reins of the Runaway Extrovert 2013: Day 314 - Happy birthday Mr Moore!

Off to Paddington Bowls Club for Steve Moore's 45th birthday celebrations (we got there early and went off for a walk along the bushland near the club).

It has been raining most of the weekend so we initially wondered if we'd be playing but the rain held off for the most part and we had a ball bowling, eating a delicious BBQ meal and drinking wine and cider. Also caught up with Steve's friends like Adrian, Patrick, Laura and Helen who are the lovely people!

That night I found out via Waz that you could get Cadbury chocolate sultanas at Woolies so on way home from Steve's place at Dulwich Hill we picked up 4 jars! YUM! (None eaten yet! LOL)

And I got this gorgeous shot of Bodhi who'd been entertaining sister Jordan with his Captain Feather Sword show. SO CUTE!

Swimming Pretty in the Glass-Half-Full 2012: Day 140 - Happy Birthday Ian!

Headed off to Clovelly Lawn Bowls club - same location as last year for Ian's birthday lawn bowls by the sea. I was still as bad a ever at it but I had a ball, as did everyone else (Steve, Fahmi, Waz, Peter, Ian, and Ian's friend Vinnie). We even managed to have Ingo, Ian's boyfriend who's far away in Germany attend thanks to a great idea by my gorgeous guy... and Ian loved it!

A great afternoon - even though I was on the losing team AGAIN- finished off with wine and chips from the vending machine - we almost emptied it! LOL - before heading off to Lebanon and Beyond in Randwick for dinner... delicious!
