Sitting here wondering if I'm Pollyanna or Eeyore - Day 29: Impromptu dinner with Peter

An impromptu dinner with Peter in Crows Nest, proposed by Peter. (Paulo and Erica popped around for 40 minutes while I downloaded Parks and Rec 5 to a USB stick for them. They're such lovely people!)

I caught the train there and he drove me home and we had an awesome night catching up and eating fabulous food.

Holding the Reins of the Runaway Extrovert 2013: Day 354 - Happy birthday dinner Peter!

Not quite his birthday yet - that's 22nd December - but so Steve and I could attend Peter organised dinner for tonight with the gang at a Vietnamese place in Crows Nest called I Love Pho, which does AWESOME food.

Getting there turned out to be fun as a few drops of rain turned into a torrential downpour and Waz and I especially got their eventually soaked and sweaty. Thank goodness for A/C which dried us out!

It was a fabulous night with lovely drinks and nibbles on the balcony of his place (which had been recently reno'd and looked fantastic!) with the gang and Ingos' friend Corina, fab food and wonderful company.

Another of Ian's delicious gluten free creations - this time pear and raspberry with white chocolate - so moist and yummy!

Saw this house walking back to Peter's ... pretty!

Swimming Pretty in the Glass-Half-Full 2012: Day 234 - Pho crying out loud!

A delightful catch up dinner with Peter at I Love Pho in Crows Nest - sugar cane prawn was divine as was the seas salt sprinkled chicken - and followed by yummy gelato at Sparrow (love the Salted Caramel!).

But trip home awful as trains gone to crap AGAIN. Dropped off at Milsons Point station and home just after 10pm via Newtown and a longer walk than expected.
