365 Pink Feather Boas All in a Row - Day 257 (Tuesday 14 September) : Argh! Blah! Yuck!

I didn't get enough sleep.

I didn't exercise.

The day was a typical Tuesday - ridiculously busy, chaotic and aggravating...and LONG.

The only things that saved were a lovely brief chat with my dear friend, Kerry and a 1.5 km swim that revived and washed off the stress.

Still not one of the loveliest days of the year...
