365 Pink Feather Boas All in a Row - Day 250 : Independents Day.... So Where Are the Aliens to Govern Us?

Yes it was the day for Rob Oakshott, Tony Windsor and Bob Katter to make their great decision on who would govern our great land...and it all got very weird and annoying very quickly.


Firstly Bob Katter broke ranks and said he'd support the Mad Monk Tony Abbott a full hour before he was supposed to front a press conference with Oakshott and Windsor, which so far is so wacky and Bob Katter....

Then Mr Oakshott walked out alone and spent an awkward 3-4 minutes joking with the press pack. Not a sensible move... finally Tony arrived, gave an eloquent speech explaining why he was doing what's doing, which is supporting Labor, before Rob took over and proceeded to give a speech of such length that he sucked all the air out of the room, only telling he'd support Labor right at the end of his endless talking.

Still the outcome is that Tony Abbott isn't the Prime Minister and I don't have to emigrate to Canada!
