I spent all day in a High Performing Teams course.

It was very good and the guy leading it was very articulate and made some good points.

Only problem?

I don't have an actual team of my own.

I sort of belong to the Commercial team at work but as an Executive Assistant assisting the Managing Director, I don't really have a team.

But if I ever get one, it will be high performing.
