How tired was I today?
I felt like I was sleep walking to work, at work and leaving work.
I zoned out on the bus and train home - I read the paper and magazines but don't recall what was in them.
I had to cancel speaking to a dear and special friend in Brisbane because my brain had decided it couldn't think clearly enough to string together intelligible sentences.
I didn't go and exercise despite really needing to and lay on my bed watching Cougar Town instead.
After a wonderful chat to my gorgeous guy - when we discussed him sitting on the plane with his Ipod Nano (or Nanna as he jokingly terms it) singing along aloud while a bemused plane load of people looked on (well we think that's funny!).... oh and filming it for You Tube of course - I headed to bed, read some of a novel Ark by Stephen Baxter and..........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
