365 Pink Feather Boas All in a Row - Day 156 (Sunday 6 June 2010) : Pretty Picture...Ooooh

Today was even more low key.

Slept in, went to the Marrickville Markets (for a Smurf from my Smurf dealer) and the craft markets at Carriageworks in Eveleigh where I picked up a very funky abstract painting - we went for baby's clothes for my soon-to-be nephew - and some cool hand made cards before my guy dropped me home.

He went off to do some work - ah the joys of being a self employed contractor - while I went to grab some groceries, some CDs, and a haircut, which like last time felt more like a combat course I had to survive. I had the misfortune to get the same Chinese lady, who ironically is called Merry, in what must be the universe's idea of a sick joke since she has all the charm of a traffic cone, who proceeded like last time to treat giving me a buzzcut as practice to ploughing fields. Talk about rough! From now, all haircuts are to happen on Saturdays or  weekdays! Anywhere and time she isn't.

Surviving that, I headed home, put CDs onto my iPod, read and chilled till I went to my gorgeous guy's place for Crust pizza, Dr Who and cuddles. I love Sunday nights but parting from him is hard, and makes me wish we could finally agree on when we're moving in together.

Ah well, that time shall come. For now, I have Sunday nights and they're beautiful.
