Even though I felt miserable at work yesterday and only got by with the help of pharmaceutical drusg and Pepsi Max - a heady combination in anyone's lexicon - I didn't stay at home today but sallied forth to work, doped up to my eyeballs with Vitamins, decongestants in tablet form....you name it, my portable pharmacy had it!

In honour of only getting through 9+ hours of work with chemicals and drugs, here is my haiku reflection on the way
