Sitting here wondering if I'm Pollyanna or Eeyore - Day 274: Crash and burn

Out of nowhere I had a very dark day today.

Mostly I handle the current things well but today I felt incredibly down and depressed and tearful and yes resorted to Tim Tams and wine to cheer myself up. Not the wisest of cheapest course of action but needed and I spent the night quietly watching TV and not pushing myself too hard.
