Sitting here wondering if I'm Pollyanna or Eeyore - Day 32: Off to Alstonville #Day1

Up at 5.30am to shower and get ready to fly to Alstonville with Jetstar. Got a taxi super easily, and with no checked in bags, had a quick brekkie and went to gate to Jetstar's usual super efficient checkin ... which didn't happen for 40 minutes. Annoying but first time it's happened so willing to give them benefit of the doubt.

Helen and Zara picked us up at the airport and we whizzed home to Mum and Dad's where Zara and I made silly faces :) LOTS of silly faces.

Gave Zara these 3 fund raising plush puppies - she LOVED them!

Nanna's 101st birthday card

Spent the morning at home with the family and my cousin Ngaire (from Dad's side of the family) who was up to see Mum and Dad before flying to Tanzania for 2 years. Then off to House With No Steps to have the official birthday lunch ...
