Swimming Pretty in the Glass-Half-Full 2012: Day 101 - Kookaburra sits on the new balcony

It's early morning.


I am less than enthusiastically ironing my shirt for work when I see a kookaburra sitting on the balcony, happily drinking in the sun.


I creep close, take a few photos before he looks at me accusingly - dead at me! - and then leisurely flies off to parts unknown.


The coolest start to a day in a long time!
