Off to the auction at Verve with Waz and Steve. Apartment ended up going for $715,000 with Waz dipping out well before that (despite pressure from real estate agents). Interesting experience as it was my first auction.

Followed it up with brunch at Noemi's Cafe.

Then off to Bing Lee to shop for a convection microwave for Steve ...
