Holding the Reins of the Runaway Extrovert 2013: Day 190 - Out but not

Plan was to meet up with my fab friend Tricia tonight but she wasn't well poor thing so went home and thought I'd go for a walk with Waz.

But barely 2-3 minutes into walk, sprinkle turned into torrential rain and after sheltering at big wooden bus shelter on Mitchell Road, we decided to head back home, dry off and warm up. (Hands were ice cold by the end.)

Total amount of exercise? 12 gloriously short minutes :)
