Swimming Pretty in the Glass-Half-Full 2012: Day 318 -

I got the most awesome email from my WONDERFUL friend Sandra today.

It centred around her new gorgeous dog, Chelsea and the fact that whenever I gone to Vancouver (YVR) it's been in November for our birthdays which are only 10 days apart. I love the weather at this time of year too - cool, rainy and overcast. I miss Vancouver, I miss Sandra and I am DEFINITELY planning to go there next year.

Here's the email:

"Today is one of those November days that makes me think of you. Rain on and off, but not enough to keep Vancouverites indoors. Chelsea and I have been walking 30-45 minutes daily, rain or shine. As a Lab, she is perfect for this climate. Water doesn't faze her. This picture was taken yesterday. I tried to take one of her sitting in some huge maple leaves today (she was soaking wet and extra cute), but it didn't turn out as well as this one.
Life is good.
